Sleep is such an important part of your health and well-being. When you get at least 7 - 8 solid hours of sleep you can get more accomplished during the day. It has been proven in studies that many people do not sleep long enough each night or they do not enough deep sleep.

1. Make sure to get enough light exposure during the day. Open your windows and let the sun shine in or go for a walk to get some sun or even just the natural light from outside.
